The AgPR collects post-consumer PVC floor coverings in Germany and some European countries and produces a finely ground grey powder (particle size < 400 µm) at their recycling facility in Troisdorf near Cologne. The product contains PVC, plasticizer and fillers. The Shore Hardness A is on average 91 and the Shore Hardness D is on average 48.
This powder can be well utilised in the calendaring of membranes, e.g. in the production of new PVC building products.
